BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
You shall ask your University to send the nomination to erasmusincoming@uniroma1.it
The official nomination from your home University must contain the following details and be
sent at least two months before your arrival:
Erasmus University code (i.e. TR ISTANBU06)
Family name
First name
Gender
One valid email address
Receiving department at Sapienza University
Copy of the acceptance letter or the mail you received from your Tutor
Planned period of stay - from [day/month/year] to [day/month/year]
The activity requires a Learning Agreement for Traineeship, filled in for the respective parts of competence and signed by the student, the sending institution and the receiving institution.
For Sapienza's professors, kindly refer to the Erasmus office to fill in the correspondent sections of the mentioned document.
UPON ARRIVAL
You shall take an appointment by contacting us and we’ll attend you at the Faculty office to
register your arrival.
END OF TRAINEESHIP:
Contact the Erasmus office to receive the certificate of frequency.
