Meeting with Peking University, 22 July 2026
On July 22 at 2:30 p.m., a delegation of faculty members and students from the Grand Challenges Scholars Program (GCSP) of Peking University, the leading university of the People’s Republic of China, will meet with students from the Energy Systems course of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Economics, guided by Professors Domenico Borello and Andrea Micangeli.
The initiative represents a new and significant step in the GCSP’s international collaborations, both from a technical-scientific and a socio-economic perspective. The meeting, which will take place in the classrooms and laboratories of San Pietro in Vincoli, follows Peking University’s participation in the International Conference held last February 14.
After the institutional welcome in the Faculty Board Room, the Chinese delegation will visit the DIMA laboratories. During the day, students from our Faculty will also present the GCSP activities scheduled in Peru over the coming weeks, as well as next year’s international programmes in Asia, with initiatives in China, Indonesia and Thailand.
