Peer-to-peer orientation meetings for incoming and outgoing students
Erasmus Tandem is a project aimed at facilitating the integration of international students while supporting those preparing for a study abroad experience. Through these meetings, we connect:
Outgoing students: to meet peers from their host University, gathering logistical guidance, academic information and practical tips for daily life.
Incoming students: to build connections, receive targeted support with university administrative procedures and integrate more deeply into the Faculty and Rome's social and cultural fabric.
How does it work?
Matching: We match participant profiles based on their home/host university and field of study to ensure a truly meaningful exchange.
Small groups: Students are divided into small groups according to the matching criteria to facilitate information sharing.
Thematic sessions and support materials: The meetings are structured into thematic blocks featuring interactive materials to break the ice and encourage a spontaneous exchange among participants.
Outgoing students

The form is open every year from the 15th to the 30th of April and from the 15th to the 30th of September. The sessions take place in May and October.
Incoming students
Are you an Erasmus incoming student assigned at the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering and interested in being an ambassador for your home University?
The form is open every year from the 15th to the 30th of April and from the 15th to the 30th of September. The sessions take place in May and October.
The participants will be emailed with the details of the session assigned once the groups for each University are confirmed.
