Administration and Accounting

The Accounting Office coordinates administrative and accounting activities relating to the offices belonging to the Faculty, in accordance with the Regulations for Administration, Finance and Accounting.

With regard to accounting processes, it performs the following functions:

collaboration in the planning, management, revision of forecasts and final accounts; formulation of the annual and three-year budget proposal, in accordance with the programmatic guidelines; management of the resources allocated by the Director General, on the basis of the University's Single Budget for the annual authorisation forecast; exercise of spending and revenue acquisition powers, on the basis of the Director General's delegation; supervising the general economic, financial and asset management of the Faculty, assuming the related responsibility; preparing accounting entries following events relating to the Faculty.
