The Joint Committee is composed of 6 professors and 6 students (Art. 9, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the Faculty Regulations in force on 30/11/2020):
- The professors are appointed by the Faculty Assembly to represent the three categories among those who have carried out official teaching activities in the last three years and who have been positively evaluated.
- The students are chosen by the student representatives on the faculty governing bodies.
The Committee is responsible for:
- monitoring the educational provision and quality of teaching, as well as the services provided to students by professors and researchers;
- identifying indicators for evaluating the results of the aforementioned activities;
- formulating opinions on the activation and cancellation of study programmes;
reporting malfunctions and making proposals in this regard. (Art. 12 of the Sapienza Statute)
