Requesting Spaces
To request any space in the Faculty, the following form must be completed:

If the event instead includes a sponsorship contract, agreed in advance with Dr. Antonella Colasanti, the form to fill out is the following:

For any event, one of the two safety forms must be completed:
If a setup is planned, i.e., any type of banquet and/or catering and/or stand set up in the Faculty spaces, complete the following form:
Safety model with equipment
Otherwise, i.e. no set-ups are planned, fill out the following form:
Safety model without equipment

Spaces must be agreed upon in advance with the Dean’s Office, or by sending an email to:
